Libby Child

My years in senior international leadership roles, managing multiple teams, taught me that is vital to align the skills and ambitions of your people with your business objectives. To provide a clear and positive direction, to bring everyone with you, to motivate.

I spent 20 years working in international communication agencies- Ogilvy, Y&R, and McCann, as a Managing Director, European Chief Operating Officer, and Global Account Director.

I came to realise that agency/ client team relationships are amongst the most complex and inter-dependent of professional service relationships – the quality of an agency’s output is highly dependent on the quality of their clients’ leadership.

So, 15 years ago, I made the decision to channel that rich and varied experience into helping those teams, by setting up Aprais UK – part of a global network – specialising in measuring the relationships between marketing companies and their communication agencies.

Jaguar Land Rover, BAT, Sony Mobile, Vodafone, and Marks & Spencer were amongst my clients. I was personally responsible for running international assessment programmes, covering thousands of teams, across 30+ markets. The decision to co-found Greengrass Consulting was the natural next step.

I’m deeply committed to the marketing sector and have just run a major quantitative and qualitative survey for IPA/ISBA, researching Marketing Effectiveness cultures. I bring together sector knowledge, leadership experience, tools and techniques- as well as passion, objectivity and integrity. I’m also a qualified Pilates instructor, as I believe the stronger we are mentally and physically, the more resilient we are.

Marina Lumley

As a Board Director, and in the many years I’ve been working in marketing, consultancy and team performance, my purpose has remained constant: I want to help people, and the teams they’re part of, to become more effective and more satisfied.

This was the motivation for co-founding Greengrass Consulting with Libby: bringing together our expertise, our experiences and complementary perspectives in a way that can really make a difference. 

I love getting to the heart of things. Finding out what needs to change. Discovering how the culture of a team and a company needs to evolve, and helping that change to come about in the best possible way. 

Being collaborative by nature, this means co-creating insights so that everyone can see them and connect with them. To achieve that, I’m accredited in a number of tools and methodologies. After certifying as a coach at Henley Business School, I began my Masters in Coaching and Behavioural Change and I’m now researching the impact of team coaching using emotional intelligence on team effectiveness.

Emma is an Accredited Coach and Licensed NLP Practitioner. As a Strategic Consultant, she supports us with work in the behavioural change, marketing and brand strategy arenas.

PAUL FELDWICK

Combining over thirty years experience in effective creative communications with a Master's degree in organizational consulting, Paul has many years experience as a facilitator and trainer in creative industries.

STEVE WALKER

Steve is an experienced global marketing leader at CMO level, a fully qualified executive leadership coach, accredited at Senior Practitioner level with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
